    A Yes, we’re happy to help you customize different functions based on your requirements to meet your market needs.
    The MOQ depends on your customization requirements and typically ranges from 100 to 1,000 units. Custom options include, but are not limited to, metal fabrication, plastic molding and processing, material surface treatment, and lighting circuit design & assembly.
  • Q Do I have to be a business to order?

    A

    We supply wholesale products to businesses, individuals, distributors, and other wholesalers. No Tax ID or business license is required to place an order.

  • Q Which payment options are available for full-order purchases?

    A

    At Helius, we support several secure payment options for full orders:
     

    T/T (Bank Transfer) – the most common method for wholesale and OEM flashlight orders
     
    PayPal – convenient for samples or small-amount transactions
     
    Western Union – available upon request
     
    L/C (Letter of Credit) – accepted for large-volume orders

  • Q How to deal with the defective Helius Flashlight within warranty time?

    A

    All Helius Flashlight products are strictly supervised and quality-controlled during and after production.

    If any issues occur within the warranty period, please provide clear photos and videos of the defective items for verification.

    • For small quantities of defective units, we will include replacements in your next order.

    • For larger or batch defects, we will thoroughly inspect the production lot to identify the root cause. Replacement items will be shipped with your next order, or we can discuss a recall or other solution based on the actual situation.
