We own a full closed-loop production workflow equipped with complete precision machining, surface treatment, assembly and testing equipment.

All procedures from raw material processing to finished packaging are completed in-house. Strict quality control is implemented in every process to ensure stable delivery of lighting products.

Equipped with integrating sphere photometric testers, brightness & color temperature detectors, runtime aging testers, comprehensive circuit testers, 2D optical image measuring instruments and hardness testers to accurately quantify performance parameters of every flashlight.

Environmental Reliability Testing

Professional waterproof test chamber, temperature cycling chamber (-40℃~80℃), drop tester,

salt spray corrosion test equipment and abrasion & compression resistance tester, ensuring products adapt to harsh environments worldwide.
